1. General Provisions

This Policy describes how Ocean Tech LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") processes personal data of visitors to the website okeantech.ru and related pages.

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for data processing and the measures taken to protect it.

By using the website and submitting data through forms, the visitor confirms their consent to this Policy. If consent is not given, the forms should not be used.

3. What Data Is Processed

Data that the visitor voluntarily provides through the feedback form: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the text of the inquiry.

Technical data transmitted by the browser: IP address, device and browser information, date and time of the request, and page URL. These are collected to the extent necessary for the website's operation and security.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

4. Why the Data Is Needed

To respond to the inquiry, discuss the task, and prepare a proposal.

To perform a contract, if concluded, and to maintain related correspondence.

To ensure the website operates properly, troubleshoot issues, and protect against misuse.

The data is not used for advertising mailings without separate consent and is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

5. Legal Grounds

Consent of the data subject, expressed by submitting the form (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ).

Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or preparation for concluding such a contract at the data subject's initiative (Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ).

Legitimate interests of the Operator with respect to technical data — to the extent that does not violate the rights of the data subject (Clause 7, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ).

6. How Data Is Processed and Stored

Processing is carried out in a mixed manner: both automated and without the use of automation tools, with recording and storage on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Data from forms is stored for as long as correspondence regarding the inquiry continues, but no longer than three years from the last contact, unless a different period is established by law or contract.

Technical data is stored for no longer than one year.

Upon achieving the purpose of processing or upon withdrawal of consent, the data is deleted or anonymized within no more than thirty days.

7. To Whom Data Is Transferred

To Operator employees who need the data to respond to the inquiry, under a confidentiality obligation.

To contractors supporting the website and email services — to the extent necessary for providing services, under agreements containing data protection provisions.

To government authorities — in cases and in accordance with procedures established by law.

Cross-border data transfer is not carried out.

8. How Data Is Protected

The Operator adopts legal, organizational, and technical measures required by Article 19 of Law No. 152-FZ: restricts the circle of persons with access to data, maintains records of inquiries, and uses secure connections for data transmission from the website.

Absolute security of data transmission over the internet does not exist; the Operator mitigates risks using available means.

9. Visitor Rights

To obtain information about the processing of their data, and to request its rectification, blocking, or deletion if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or no longer needed for the stated purpose.

To withdraw consent to processing at any time — by sending a written request to hello@okeantech.ru. Upon withdrawal, processing ceases, except in cases where the law permits its continuation.

To appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

A response to a request is sent within thirty days from the date of receipt.

10. Cookies

The website does not use cookies for advertising or profiling. Technical files necessary for displaying pages may be stored by the browser; they can be disabled in browser settings — this will not affect the website's functionality.

11. Policy Changes

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the update is indicated next to the title.
